Your initial presentation was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Cost for installation of our walk in freezer was competitive and completed at the quoted price, and on time. All work was top quality and very professional with unusual attention to detail...and I am a detail oriented person! Everyone I have been in contact with at American Services has been professional, courteous and friendly. I especially value how willing you have been to communicate, and work with the electricians and other related personnel.

I want you to know that my general managers and I are really happy with your new service technician who did the three recent p/m services at our stores. This technician that did the p/m’s this past week communicated well, showed each manager filters that he replaced and was very thorough in his work. His attention to detail was appreciated.
